I would add something about PK notation convention. I've seen a lot of "CustomerId", "ProductId" and so on as PK column name. The argument for this was it makes easier to spot the join columns (CustomerId in parent table, CustomerId in child table). Yeah right.
In my oppinion, Customer.Id = childtable.CustomerId is as good as the first approach. The benefit in this approach is if you will ever need/have/develop a tool to automatically generate CRUD commands, having a standardized name for primary key column will help a lot (been there, got bitten, learned my lesson).
