Good Evening All:
I have spent too much time on this...
I am trying to make VFP6 foxhelp.chm activate from the menu bar within Windows
7 x64 machine.
My original Visual Studio CDs would not install so I copied the folder from my
Windows XP box to the Windows 7 box. I registered the files and all worked
great except the help.
I went to \tool\options and entered the help file location and checked the
registry keys and all looks good but no help from the menu bar or by tapping F1.
When I launch the foxhelp.chm file from the Explorer all looks great. But it
will not launch inside of the VFP6 app.
I finally put a shortcut on the desktop and launch it that way.
Is there a way to make the help file activate from the menu system? The first
option of the help menu pad is enabled but contents, index and search are
disabled. When I click 'microsoft VFP help topics' nothing happens...
Thanks for any help. I'm guessing I am not alone with this issue.
BTW, all the rest works ok including the wizards and project manager.
Best regards,

Jack Skelley
