Good Evening Tracy:
I went into the registry and removed the 6.0 keys. Then set the defaults in
\tools\options. The registry is re-written. But the chm file still does not
launch. I could not find the command line construct to reset the registry you
mentioned.
Oh well. A minor set back. Eventually I will get the one remaining (huge)
project with over 200 forms converted to VFP9. All of my smaller VFP 6 apps
have already been converted to 9.
It took way too long to get this large project running in Windows 7. I skipped
Vista. Only 4 users are on Windows 7 (x64) and the rest are still running XP.
But as you know all of the new computers are coming with Windows 7 so I had to
get things running in 7.
Windows 8 looks like more of the same as 7 when the desktop is displayed. I
guess this will keep me employed a bit longer.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Best regards,

Jack

There is a command-line to reset the registry settings. Know it overwrites
everything related to VFP in the registry. Use with caution.
