After last nights Republican debate, Rick Perry is becoming even a greater long shot to win. He painted himself into a corner last night in which he boasted about how he would cut three federal agency from the USA government, and then proceeded to name them, but could only name two. He did not name the department of energy; although, I'm not sure whether he did not remember it, or just didn't want to name the Department of Energy, as it would so transparently point to his being in bed with big oil.
