I'm betting he's no longer there?  I say that because if that was his 
stance, he surely loathes working in that environment and probably moved 
on because he didn't fit in and/or he hated it.  Is he still there?  btw 
- I applaud the "results oriented" approach over the old East Berlin 
School of Management.  I hated the latter and thrive in the former.
