        I'm not sure, but I don't think he would have left over that. We didn't 
treat it as a problem with the manager; instead, we considered it our problem 
for not teaching the culture to him. We were growing so fast that we were 
hiring like crazy and putting people into positions without giving them the 
right idea as to what was expected of them. He had come from a nerf-free 
environment, so he just did what he had always done.

        I mean really, what would you expect if you came from a typical 
corporate culture and got placed in the middle of this:
