Hi all,
I'm implementing Desktop Alerts from VFPX site for the first time in
a new application I just started developing. To begin the easy way I'm
following the example by Rick Shummer I found on FoxRocks Jan 2009 issue. On
my Win7 Pro 64bit I had some difficulties to register the COM object, but
found some code in the VFPX DA thread and managed to had it registered. What
is weird is that when launching my app as .app or .exe the alert does not
show, but if I SET STEP ON into my code it appears as expected at the line:
loAlert1.Alert(lcText, lnType+lnIcon, lcTitle, lcSubject, lcIcon, lcTask1,
lcTask1Icon, lcTask2, lcTask2Icon)
Any idea? TIA
Iames
