The Supreme Court's "Citizens United" decision allows Corporations,
Non-profits, Unions, and even Foreign Interests to contribute unlimited
amounts to political campaigns, special interest organizations, PAC, etc
to promote whatever issues they want, while all is done in complete
secrecy, (eg the donor and amounts contributed remain anonymous). This
is bad news for the USA democratic process, that depends on fair
elections based on a balanced dissemination of information.

Multi-millionaire and billionaires, who make up top management and the
board of directors of large corporations will now funnel their political
campaign contributions through existing or newly formed corporations,
making contribution limitations mote.

The Supreme Court made a really bad decision here; because, they allow
the "Citizens United" case to be framed as a constitutional, first
amendment, free speech issue; rather, than in the context of fair
election law.
