The first part of the statement "God is Who He Is" equates to "God is incomprehensible to the mind of man". Personally, I don't believe a God exists, but I don't have, and cannot have, any evidence either way. That's what 'incomprehensible' means. But when men, as part of whatever religion they have invented, tell us that they know what God wants or doesn't want, they are ALWAYS, and by definition, full of shit.
