Hi Stephen, OK, Taking a break from the book. Nowadays people like Fox News and Donald Trump are putting the figure at $2 million so perhaps the $900 million reported in 2008 was exaggerated. Still, $2 million for a $50 birth certificate . . . The only reason he would not have just gotten the birth certificate is that he is hiding something.
