You need to find out immediately if any of the issues related to SMB/SMB2, hardware/OS caching or oplocks settings are affecting this client site. And based on the discussion, the answer is likely yes if the corruption continues.

Actually I don't know for sure that you can't get FoxFix anymore. Either way , recovering data from corrupted memo fields is tricky and your results may not be all that good.
