I know many of us are InnoSetup fans. Here's a very interesting, light weight 'component' (script) that allows you to enhance your InnoSetups with the ability to download files from http/ftp sites. Includes optional gui components to show progress if you're pulling down large files.
This would be awesome if it supported(can't tell without knowing more about innoscripting) downloading runtimes if not already installed...
