I agree w/John. I know several providers limit your total usage for the month - and then you pay a MAJOR Premium if you go over it. 1 or more of them will throttle back your speed once you start using TOO much bandwidth in a month. I think only T-Mobile or maybe its Sprint - that claims NOT to throttle back the speed after you go over a limit.
But - maybe we are misunderstanding what you want to do - since it does NOT seem like a viable option to do what you stated here.
