Thanks Ted. I knew I was leaving out something.
I did check MSCONFIG, but forgot to mention it. It has no line referencing HandlerPadARM.dll under the domain administrator account. I just tried it in the local administrator account under Safe Mode--still no such line. Any other thoughts? Thanks again.
