I had (still have, somewhere) a souped up A4000. 50Mhz 68060, 3D graphics card, lots of ram[1], SCSI hard drives & DVD burner.
Had Linux running on it at one point, which was a great learning exercise as there was no distributions. My first Amiga was an A500. Amazing platform, and the 68000 series CPUs were great to program. [1] 'lots' being relative...maybe 50Mb?! On Sun, Apr 15, 2012 at 4:58 PM, Allen <[email protected]> wrote: > I had an Amiga 500 and it was great for graphics. Ok not as good as the > 2000.
