Food bank gals had a couple extra treats today: A dozen eggs and a bag 
of onions. Having recently read this article, I determined to fix myself 
a series of giant boogers.

I put a spoonful of butter in the pan, and a spoonful of olive oil. Then 
I diced one of the onions, cut two strings of cheese into small pieces 
and mixed in three eggs. Then I cooked it, stirring until the butter 
melted. I took it off of the heat when the thermometer read 190. It did 
look like a giant booger.

It needed a little salt but otherwise was fine. 180 might have been hot 
enough, but it wasn't burned, just really hot on the mouth.
