This must be just hitting. On the Apple boards they're talking about it. I haven't used Itune in years, so i don't think I'm vulnerable for getting my card hacked, but someone did purchase something from my ID. I'm not sure how that can happen since none of my credit cards have been charged and there wasn't a balance in it

I looked at the headers and they originate NOT from Paypal but the stupid thing is that the links on the Email message actually are LIVE Paypal links so I can't see the reason for the email as it never sends you back to a "harvesting site" to get your login details so what is the point?
