I might try either renaming these files or moving them to another directory (or onto a USB flash drive, or somewhere where the program is not able to locate it), then run your program and test it. If it crashes, it needs one or more of these files. If it doesn't, then you can probably delete the files. (Though I would probably archive them, perhaps just compress them just in case.)
