The free version. The paid version lets you do things like schedule, etc, but nothing I really think is worth it. I just run it about once a month. The only thing you might not like about it is that by default it will delete some of your cookies, which means you have to log back in to some web sites. However, you can jigger the settings to stop it from doing that. I'd definitely run it once to clear out the junk (you can do a preview first), and then play with the settings.
