Yes, but in his example, he didn't combine EXCLUSIVE and SHARED; he used 
SHARED and NOUPDATE.  So with EXCLUSIVE ON and him specifying SHARED in 
the clause, it would be opened not exclusive but SHARED.  Right?  Or am 
I seeing this wrong?
