Sytze, If you have two users use the same table, update different parts of the table, it will corrupt the table. We've had customers find this worked for them for months, until one day, the two people using the software were both in it at the same time. I believe DropBox updates using a merge process. If the headers look the same, but both added a new record, the table was corrupted.
