Hi Alan Yes you are correct that the encryption fll needs the 71 runtimes. I have those in the exe directory on this machine. Are you saying you have a problem of runtimes and the FLL not working as well. I am sure the runtimes are SP2 and even the exe says so as I have version in the help. And the exe had to be built in SP1 to work. But are you saying maybe the 71 c++ runtimes can be mismatched? Al

I have software using it on many Windows 7 machines. Yes it has some dependencies on VC++ DLLs - you need MSVCP71.DLL and MSVCR71.DLL, if I remember. I wouldn't run an EXE built with one version of VFP with runtimes from another, either. -- Alan Bourke alanpbourke (at) fastmail (dot) fm [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/6A3DA35AC79A4FB889A4C1794ACEEAF8@gslredacer ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
