Yup done that and the common files is the only place they appear. At least 
the three VFP9 dll's
Also the version of the runtimes is correct. 7423 with the 58** enu

Search the drive for runtime files. You might have some in the path. I.e. 
windows\system32

Make sure the highest set is in the proper place and re-register those. 
Delete the others, or move them out of the path.
