Something akin to what you describe happened last year when I was away for a month This client could not print a specific report from her pc, but could do so from any other pc. When my son was finally able to track me down (48 hours later), I told him to do nothing. I advised him there were 2 problems. In order of priority: The client The report I told him to not waste his time and wait for me to return home. I was prepared to lose the client.
