All workstations use same AV... (Symantec Endpoint). Didn't think of this one. With the users in that area I would be remiss if I shut off the AV... So maybe the local copy of this machines AV someway flagged something thus preventing the download? Hmmm... All intranet - no firewall. Same OS (XP SP3), ISPis n/a.
