As I said, upload speed sucks!

I have a hosted server with 1and1.  Can't remember the price but it's not a lot.
Just tested and I get 89 Mbs down and 64 Mbps up (speedtest.net).

This runs Windows 2008 R2.

In the office we have 10Mbs symmetrical (costs a fortune, we were told
it was needed for our company wide video conferencing system which
nobody uses).
