Hi, Matt Just downloaded it. Only thing I can verify is that it runs and the form appears.
I'm looking at it to see if it presents a better way to do report dialogs; e.g., when a user calls for a report, we have to ask for which month, how to sort it, subtotals or not, etc. etc. Til now, these have been designed individually. DynamicForm might be a cheaper and more robust way to do it. Will let you know how I make out. BTW, first thing I did was separate the sample driver from the class definitions, to avoid screwing up your code while developing mine.
