Boats get moved many blocks instead of just 2.  The water lines are higher.

There are more blue roofs a week later, for those structures still standing.

You have a huge amount of flood damage.  In the Cat 3-4-5 you only see a
part of the structure remaining the day after.  You see the destruction
path a mile or two WIDE where everything is totaled.
