As I mentioned in an earlier response, I hope to get away from a Windows
server.  I have had some experience with Postger and a bit less with MySQL
and understand that there are tools to convert DBFs to SQL.

Thanks for the suggestions on PHP and Python.  This is
the recommendations I am hunting for.
