Just a heads-up. I have 1 of my 30 users for my remaining VFP app using the 64-bit Windows 7. Everyone else is using Win7/32 or WinXP. A small number of reports have layout problems on 64-bit, and here's what I found.
First of all, my report framework clears the EXPR, TAG, and TAG2 fields at runtime as a matter of course. The affected reports all had images set to "Clip Picture" if picture and frame are different size, and in each case the picture printed scaled down (estimate about 66%) of the size I'd given the frame in the designer. Changing the option on the image in the report from "Clip Picture" to "Scale picture, retain shape" fixed the issue on Win7/64 and didn't break anything on prior versions.
