If you (or anyone) 
    - uses third party controls
    - update one during a maintenance release (MR)
    - MR only updates server
You may find IsUserAnAdmin useful. Verify the control has the correct
version on the workstation. When it doesn't, Check if the current user has
administrative privileges. If not, launch an update on the workstation
requesting elevation.

I'm sure there is other scenarios.
