The NoScript plug-in is also a good way to "opt out" of analytics or any 3rd 
party JS.

If you ban the URL for the last one, http://www.google-analytics.com by either 
blocking the domain your browser or redirecting it to another address (like 
127.0.0.1) you can eliminate that function alone.
