Just FYI: I get an email on all uploads. They are held until I can
check 'em out to make sure that they aren't malware (yes, I get that from time
to time). When I verify the content, I'll flip the bit to make them public, and
send the author an email notifying them.
I mention this because there can be a delay between your posting the
file and my being able to check it out and clear it.
