I could have sworn I brought it up... I search the archives for 'excel' in

I checked file association types and confirmed that Excel was what was
supposed to open it up.

In the blur that is my brain these days I'm not sure if a reinstall was
tried... I want to say Yes, but.... anyway - I'll try that and see what
happens...
