Hi Bill, That is strange. It has happened to me before. Have you
restarted the system. Usually that does the trick for me. And wait about 4
minutes after restarting the system before you try to set the default drive
in foxpro. The drives needs a little time to map after windows 7 starts up
again.

Subject: VFP9 Mapped Drive Problem

Hi all!

I'm trying to run a VFP9 app on a small peer network of Win7 (64bit)
machines. As a test I installed VFP on one of the machines and some tables
on another. I shared the drive with the tables and mapped it to the letter
T: on the VFP machine. I can see the drive (T:) and its contents from
Windows explorer but when I issue "Use t:\tst.dbf" in the command window I
get "File 'T:\tst.dbf does not exist'". If I issue 'SET DEFAULT TO T:\" I
get "Invalid path or file name".

Has anyone got any idea why this is happening and what I need to do to fix
it?

TIA,

Bill
