My potential customers send me a laundry list of "got to haves" which
they see on a lead generation site. If I think it will help me make a
sale I will consider it. I have done a couple of things I regret. Like
an email saver. It saves a copy of every email in a database attached
to the client's record. It grew to big too fast and there is no way the
customer can read it all. This clients has an assistant that uses a
land line to make calls. He uses VOIP and they do have a lot of
features but this will be for the land line.
