Try VFP9.EXE /regserver at the command line.

Subject: Incomplete installation?

I just installed VFP 9 along with SP2 and SP2 Help on a Windows 7 Professional
system. The program comes up when its icon is clicked but somehow Windows does
not have a clue that a click on a .prg file should result in opening the file
in VFP or at least offering VFP as an option for opening the file.

I don't know if this was an installation glitch or if the new behavior is
supposed to somehow enhance the user experience. How do I configure things to
get the behavior I expect?

TIA - Joe
