Subject: [NF] customer service poll

If I sell a product to a customer and I use a widget I purchased from say
Leland, ted, and ed and the product does not work because of a widget I
purchased from them to use as a component of my product, or the customer has
not received my product using these subcomponents.

Who do you hold responsible?
