A web service is presenting internal functionality to clients via a web
protocol.

I present a list of trucks in route to a customer. They supply a UID/PW in
the request object to me and because of the function I will return a
collection of data that is a collection of collections.

Header will be Their PO, our Invoice, BOL#, # of pallets
First collection will be the pack on the truck by item #
Each Item has a collection of Lot quality metrics.

My customers have to evaluate the test data to verify if they will accept
the truck. I work with plastic bottles for the food industry and there are
a lot of rules surrounding lot tracking these days.
