What brand/model of printer?

Was it working before?

Why were you asked to reset it?

How did you "do so?"

Unplug the printer cable from the printer and confirm it is self-generating
the printout and not getting some gobbledegook from the network.


It has printed about 50 pages and turning it off does not stop the job.


Darn, my favorite fix!

Can you put it back the way it was? Un-reset the printer? Was it DIP
