You may be right, or you may be wrong. I don't know. Sounds easy, right? But it 
turns out not so much.

I refer you to the points made by Ed and the networking of the conference. From 
an attendee perspective he is absolutely
spot on. Also, we have done the business model cost wise and it does not work 
for the Fox Community. I've talked to
several video production companies including the one that does PyCon every year 
(friend and former FoxPro guy). The math
does not add up for us. It may work perfectly for other conferences, but we 
have a shrinking customer base and a very
small one at that. Sorry.
