I also thought that didn't sound right. I think this is supposed to be
the case with another format. Seems like maybe w/CDX - but, even that
doesn't sound right - since, if you wipe out the CDX - there is no way
for the DBF to know the index structures. Maybe if the DBF is within a
DBC - but, I don't have enough experience w/DBC - since they were almost
never used at my previous jobs...
On a side note, did you write proAction or did you buy it. In another
words have you the source files of it ?
From all of what I read of his post - he is purely a User - and it
sounds like the developer of ProAction is out of business. That's
probably because they were still running an old FP 1.0 app - and never
bothered to try and upgrade it! :-)
