No idea if this will help you or not, but I saved this message, and
every once in a while when my help stops working, I dig it out and read
all the way through it, and then I have help working again:

The two files mentioned are SUPPOSED to be in common file - but I found
them only in stonefield setup folder. (I copied them to common)

Bill,
Thanks! Unfortunately when I search, I can't find any files named
FOXHHELP9.EXE and DLL.
Waitaminute...checking the info on the WestWind link you sent, it shows
that those two files are supposed to be in the Common Files folder.
Interesting....they are both there, but both have been renamed
FOXHHE~1.EXE
FOXHHE~1.DLL
Curious!
Renamed them, Help works like a champ now! Thanks Bill! Okay, anyone
want to take a stab at how they got renamed??? Pretty bizarre. I wonder
if this is related to problems being caused by my friend, AVAST, and
it's new Sandbox feature...
