Rafael,

were you in the same folder as the foxhhelp9.exe when you ran that command? If not and if you didn't include the full path to the file the command would fail. I believe that if you had got this file registered properly then all your problems would have been solved. Woody's utility would have included the registration of the file, hence why it is working now.
