Run your own mail server (and make sure it's secure to keep it off of blacklists), have Rackspace or some other reputable company host it, and you get to stay in control.

I absolutely can't take on all of the extra headaches involved in maintaining a server myself.

Rackspace has an "Acceptable Use Policy" that is part of my problem.

I'm willing to pay a reasonably high price to a company to set up and maintain an email server for me, but only if they follow MY rules...ALL of them.

Thanks.
