That looks like a sort of server co-location service.
I don't know how to, and can't be bothered with, the nuts and bolts of
setting up, tweaking, and maintaining an email server and running
interference every time some other idiot ISP overtweaks their spam
filter and blocks my messages.
I don't want to configure or run the server. I want somebody else to
do that for me, following MY rules. I will pay a fair price for that,
but only if I can actually get that.

Ken: I don't know what you looked at, but I use it to host my web sites
and email accounts. The setup is the easiest I have seen and their
documentation is superb. You can even send them your requirements and
they will respond. They also have all the major software and databases
available to you and documentation on how to set it all up. I think I
pay about $7 per month.
