This bug is really silly.
BTW, you can rename files changing the case:
echo hello>HELLO
dir shows filename HELLO
ren hello Hello
dir shows filename Hello
[snip]
This is how Windows works, and people are not clamouring for change as

us guys for.
I would rather be an expert at solving substantial computer
problems than an expert at solving filename case problems and other
workarounds.
