I'm curious. For those that support pc's.
If your client gets a virus, whatever, and they don't have a windows restore cd. What do you do? I'm asking because I'm getting ready to run some ads offering to support pc's, and this has been one of my biggest problems in the past. Simply because the fastest, most profitable way to fix a virus is to restore the operating system from what I've experienced.
