I have had no ends of problems with my brand new laptop. In the end I had to threaten then with Office of Fair Trading before I got my new one. Otherwise they wanted to keep repairing the old one. I am not impressed and now will not recommend them to anyone. Pity as the laptop is really nice but the support is too important and non existent. So many times I got asked to reload windows even though the bloody thing didnt even work well enough to start windows in the first place. Allen
