We bought 4 or 5 acer laptops in the last year or so and two have had to go
back due to problems. One kept freezing and the other had 2 keys die on the
keyboard. Quality seems to be an issue, so would not recommend them again.
Support were nothing special but I have dealt with worse I'm sure. Both got
fixed anyway.

Don't want to slag them off too much as I'm typing on an Acer now (touch
wood) :-)
